Responsibilities:* Performing comparative market analysis to estimate property values
* Provide guidance and assist sellers and purchases in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under best terms
* Determine clients' needs for financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
* Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
* Display and market property to potential purchases
* Prepare and complete required documentation
* Maintain and update listings of available properties
* Cooperated with appraisers, escrow companies, lender and home inspectors.
* Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
* Remain knowledgeable about real estate market and best practices
* Attend and arrange viewings for prospective purchasers
* Keeping sellers informed regarding any queries and viewings
* Reply to and follow up on correspondence and telephone enquiries
