Client Consultation and Relationship Management: Understand clients' needs, preferences, and financial capabilities. Provide guidance and advice on market trends, pricing, and property options. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals. Property Showings and Negotiation: Arrange and conduct property viewings for potential buyers. Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers, striving for favorable terms for all parties involved. Transaction Coordination: Oversee the entire transaction process, including drafting and reviewing contracts, coordinating inspections, and ensuring all legal requirements are met. Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as attorneys, mortgage brokers, and inspectors, to facilitate a smooth transaction.
