Receiving Clerk - Pretoria

  • Receive goods from the supplier;
  • Update inventory with received items;
  • Maintain prescribed records of goods received and dispatched;
  • Ensure all pricing from goods received is correct and verified with the buyer;
  • Ensure all goods received are according to the documents and ERP system;
  • Inspect deliveries to ensure they match order and invoice criteria;
  • Compile daily product reports;
  • Report all damaged goods received from supplier;
  • Promote positive teamwork amongst team and division;
  • Ensure compliance with the Occupation Health and Safety Standards.
