Reference: DUR002076-LB-1 DUR002076LB – Dispatching & Receiving Clerk - Boksburg Purpose of the job: Responsible for the daily functions of stock movement in and out of the warehouse operation. Have foresight of all movements of stock to ensure accurate picking and space planning. Required Qualifications Grade 12 National Diploma / and or tertiary qualification in material management, inventory, commodity procurement 4 to 5 years in the fields of warehousing, stock control or supply chain Technical Competencies and responsibilities Dispatching & Receiving Accountable for the Receiving & Dispatching Function in the warehouse. Receiving of stock – Accurate Dims, Stock Quality Inspections. Accurate System Check in Communicate any variances in quantity & quality to the Account Executive. Accurate & timely picking of Stock and ensure sign off documents are processed. Accurate & timely dispatching of Stock and ensure sign off documents are processed. Stock Control, Health & Safety Behavioural Competencies: Ability to perform under pressure. Ability to set deadlines and achieve them. Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong Literacy and numeracy Strong computer knowledge including accounting software and Excel skills.
