Reception and Office Administration - Centurion

Placement Partner Recruitment Software, have a position available for a Receptionst and Office Administrator. This is a full-time position based in Centurion. Although you will be expected to be in the office on a number of days throughout the month, some work can be done from home, provided you are equipped with a reliable internet connection.
You will be responsible for answering incoming calls, forwarding phone calls, greeting clients at our offices, admin duties, maintaining of offices and equipment and providing excellent customer service to clients and employees.

Requirements
  • Bubbly outgoing, confident Receptionist with exceptional communication skills both in English and Afrikaans
  • Experience with receptionist duties and admin skiills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office. Previous PLACEMENT PARTNER experience will be a BIG bonus
  • Strong attention to detail with great organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Excellent writing skills to produce professional mails when dealing with clients and colleagues
  • Great Team Player
