Our client is seeking an Administrator to support the Business as a Receptionist Description Responsibilities Include: Ensuring the company brand is reflected in the meeting room and office space through maintenance of clean, neat rooms Efficient coordination of all meeting rooms in terms of booking, occupancy, preparedness including VC set up Stock-take and orders of stationery, food and beverage and general office suppliers Assisting with the setup and co-ordination of Staff Inductions Credit card, forex & staff recons (SI, OPS, CEO) Requirements: Appropriate qualification/courses Have 2 to 3 years work experience, preferably in Financial Services Have good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with providers and staff Good attention to detail MS office skills - Intermediate Have a hard-working, can-do attitude Able to work comfortably in an open, fast paced environment Able to effectively juggle multiple priorities Strong time management skills Team player Apply Now
