Receptionist - George

Our client, a well-established financial company, is looking for a young, dynamic Receptionist.

This position guarantees long-term growth opportunities.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Matric
  • 1-2 years experience
  • BA Communication degree is essential
  • Drivers License and own transport
  • Above average computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent Communication skills in English and Afrikaans (verbal and written)
Duties include:
  • Switchboard
  • Screening of calls
  • Booking courier
  • Groceries & Supply orders
  • Booking of Satellite phones
  • Data capturing
  • General Admin
