Receptionist / Admin Assistant - South Africa

Experse is looking to recruit a Receptionist / Admin Assistant to work in Umbogintwini. Experse supplies surfactants for the explosives and fertilizer industries and chemical raw materials for local manufacturers. Duties & Responsibilities • Switchboard duties, screen and direct calls. • Greet visitors and direct to the respective offices. • Process sample requests, purchase orders and Grn for transport booked. • Purchase orders for Engineering and Maintenance. • Managing petty cash. • Liaison for staff/HR/Medical Aid matters. • Loading leave applications for staff. • Record and communicate staff movements and process new applications. • General administrative and clerical support. • Purchase of stationery and office requirements. • Post office collections and distribution of mail. • Schedule meeting. • Arrange meals and refreshments when requested. • Coordinating events and special functions. Qualifications & Experience • Matric. • Minimum of at least 2 years office experience. • Syspro experience will be an advantage. • Computer literate. • Own vehicle. • Must be able to work overtime on occasion.
