Receptionist / Admin Assistant - Pretoria

Requirements:
  • Grade 12
  • 2+ years reception experience
  • Fluent in English and Afrikaans. (Read, Speak and Understand)
  • Friendly and well-mannered with proficient telephone and email etiquette.
  • Efficient skills with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel + Word)
Duties:
  • Printing, Copying, Scanning, Sorting and Filing Attention to detail important.
  • Requesting of quotations and invoices.
  • Basic Accounting understanding for quotation and invoice comparisons, petty cash recons + completing of requisitions (GL allocations, VAT and Discount treatment).
  • Trustworthy, honest, and punctual.
  • Booking of venues, flights, and accommodation.
  • Purchase of monthly head office supplies and record keeping thereof.
  • Ad hoc Head Office tasks and administration as and when required.
