Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner. Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and organized. Client Interaction: Provide clients with information about the studio's services. Offer clients tours of the studio, showcasing different areas and facilities. Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionality. Assist podcast clients by pressing record on the cameras and sound equipment. Booking System: Regularly check and update the studio's booking system. Confirm appointments and bookings with clients. Manage the scheduiing of studio spaces to avoid confiicts and ensure efficient use. Administrative Tasks: Assist with various administrative tasks including mail handling, filing, and data entry. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence. Support Services: Assist with the setup and breakdown of studio equipment as needed. Coordinate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations. Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Experience in a creative or studio environment is a plus, as well as experience in the video industry. Skills: Excellent verbal and written Communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking ability. Proficiency in using booking systems and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). Personal Attributes: Friendly and approachable demeanor. Agility to remain cairn under pressure and handle stressful situations effectively. Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
