A specialist doctor within the Berea area is seeking a receptionist to join their practice who is friendly, outgoing and has the willingness to go the extra mile.
Responsibilities:- Answering calls in friendly, polite and professional manner
- Dealing with patients in the highest level of confidentiality and sensitivity
- Planning and scheduling appointments for the doctor
- Handling patient concerns or queries
- Carrying out general administrative functions where required

- Strong administrative skills
- Excellent communication and telephonic skills
- Strong command of the English language
- Strong email etiquette
Requirements:- Minimum 2 Years working experience.
- Proficient in MS Office Packages
- Own Transport
- Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 7:30 - 17:00
Salary: R5 000 - R6 000
