Responsibilities: Answering calls in friendly, polite and professional manner Dealing with patients in the highest level of confidentiality and sensitivity Planning and scheduling appointments for the doctor Handling patient concerns or queries Carrying out general administrative functions where required Attributes: Professional and Friendly with a positive outlook Strong administrative skills Excellent communication and telephonic skills Strong command of the English language Strong email etiquette Requirements: Minimum 2 Years working experience.
