Receptionist/Office Manager - Midrand

Minimum requirements:
  • Matric
  • Certificate in Office Management will be beneficial
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a Receptionist, Office Manager, or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Hands-on experience with ordering of stationery and office equipment
  • Ability to communication with various role players for marketing and administrative supplies
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment such as telephone systems and printers
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Experience with sending and receiving parcels through designated Couriers
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise and resolving these day to day issues
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Receiving and welcoming clients in a professional manner and screening of telephone calls
