Position: Reconciliation Administrator
Budget: R300 000 per annum MAX
Are you detail-oriented and passionate about accuracy in financial records? We are looking for a diligent Reconciliation Administrator to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our financial transactions and maintaining our companys financial health.
Key Responsibilities:- Reconciliation: Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial records.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate and resolve discrepancies between various financial records and accounts.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in our accounting systems.
- Reporting: Prepare reconciliation reports and present findings to management.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and auditing requirements.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements:- Proven experience as a Reconciliation Administrator or in a similar role.
- Matric certificate / Diploma in accounting
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation processes.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
