Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This role requires a strong sales focus, as you will be responsible for acquiring new business and expanding our client base, coupled with successfully placing candidates into career opportunities.
Day to day functions include:
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow our client base;
Marketing Tower Group services to clients, bringing new clients on board;
Source and attract suitable candidates through various channels, including social media, job portals, referrals etc.;
Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and suitability;
Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions;
Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction;
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs in order to generate revenue;
Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies.
Requirements:
Ideally have proven experience as a recruiter, within an agency (no restraints of trade)
Strong sales and business development skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients and candidates.
Results-oriented mindset, with a hunger for success and a drive to win new business.
Self-motivated and proactive approach to recruitment, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using recruitment software and CRM systems (advantageous).
