Recruiter_Blue Collar Cape Town - Cape Town City Centre
Responsibilities:
Recruitment and selection of applicants.
Screening of applicants.
Conducting of interviews.
Conducting of various verification checks.
Processing applicant documentation.
Completion of full assignee onboarding packs.
Building and maintenance of a candidate database.
Constant communication with assignees/contracts managers.
Minimum Experience:
Minimum 5 years recruitment experience in blue collar TES industry.
Strong administrative skills.
Computer literate Advanced Microsoft packages.
Personal Competencies, Traits and Attributes:
Deadline driven.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure.
Team player.
Self-starter.
Good organisation and housekeeping skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Time management and planning skills.
Remuneration and Benefits:
Commensurate with skills and experience.
General:
The role is directly related to the recruitment and placement of temporary assignees and there may be a need to work overtime as and when required.
Working hours to be discussed at interview.
The successful applicant will be required to commence by 1 June 2024.
