Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and selection of applicants.
  • Screening of applicants.
  • Conducting of interviews.
  • Conducting of various verification checks.
  • Processing applicant documentation.
  • Completion of full assignee onboarding packs.
  • Building and maintenance of a candidate database.
  • Constant communication with assignees/contracts managers.

Minimum Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years recruitment experience in blue collar TES industry.
  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Computer literate Advanced Microsoft packages.

  • Deadline driven.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure.

  • Self-starter.
  • Good organisation and housekeeping skills.

Remuneration and Benefits:
  • Commensurate with skills and experience.

General:
  • The role is directly related to the recruitment and placement of temporary assignees and there may be a need to work overtime as and when required.
  • Working hours to be discussed at interview.
  • The successful applicant will be required to commence by 1 June 2024.
