A large Call Centre based in Durban is needing a highly motivated and experienced full-time Recruiter to join their team. This position is an in-office position and is a very demanding and fast-paced position. Recruitment: Identifying suitable candidates for various positions within the call center based on job descriptions provided by hiring managers or HR department. Screening: Reviewing cv's and conducting initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit for the job. Interviewing: Conducting interviews, either over the phone or in person, to further evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization. Assessment: Administering skills tests, personality assessments, or other relevant evaluations to gauge candidates' suitability for specific roles. Reference Checks: Contacting provided references to verify candidates' employment history, qualifications, and performance. Application Tracking: Managing applicant tracking systems or databases to keep records of candidate information, interview notes, and hiring status. Coordination: Scheduling interviews, assessments, and other recruitment-related activities, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and hiring managers. Feedback: Providing feedback to candidates on their application status, interview performance, and areas for improvement. Collaboration: Collaborating with hiring managers, HR, and other team members to understand hiring needs, develop recruitment strategies, and make hiring decisions. Compliance: Ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process. Reporting: Generating reports on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and diversity statistics, to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Continuous Improvement: Staying informed about best practices in recruitment and participating in training or professional development activities to enhance recruitment skills and knowledge. Grade 12 plus a tertiary qualification in HR Proven experience recruiting for high volume positions Call Centre experience would be advantageous Ability to deal with a highly stressful and demanding position Good command of the English language, both verbal and written R15 000
