We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Recruiter. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company's staffing needs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. 2. Source potential candidates through various channels, including online platforms, social media and professional networks. 3. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' suitability for available positions. 4. Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to offer stage while ensuring a positive candidate experience. 5. Coordinate with department heads to schedule interviews and assist in the selection process. 6. Maintain accurate records of all recruiting activities in our Company systems. Qualifications: - Proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar role - Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting - Familiarity with relevant employment laws and regulations - Excellent communication skills - Strong organizational abilities Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field If you are passionate about finding the right talent for our organization and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you Depends on experience
