Description Requirements: Matric 1 to 3 years’ experience in blue and white collar recruitment Computer literate – internet, Microsoft Office Skills: Placing adverts on relevant job portals and screening ad response Shortlisting candidates as per job descriptions Interview skills Ability to take references Familiarity with HR practices Understanding of fair employment practices Exceptional work ethics Exemplary communication skills Good, polite telephone skills Good computer literacy and email skills Prompt time keeping Healthy Target Driven Neat and well presented Ability to work under pressure with a sense of urgency We offer Provident Fund Contribution
