Recruitment Administrator - Midrand

As a Recruitment Administrator, your responsibility to support the recruitment process within the organization. Coordinate job postings, vetting and screening of candidates, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a smooth recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Key Responsibilities: Create and post job vacancies across multiple platforms Review incoming applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements and qualifications Conduct background checks on potential candidates Coordinate assessments Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring alignment with availability and logistics Maintain regular communication with candidates regarding their application status, interview schedules, and any necessary follow-up actions Keep accurate records of candidate information, interview outcomes, and recruitment metrics using the company's applicant tracking system (ATS) or other designated tools Liaise with hiring managers and HR partners to understand staffing needs, provide updates on recruitment progress, and gather feedback on candidates Assist with onboarding activities for newly hired employees, including paperwork processing and orientation coordination Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the recruitment process, proposing and implementing solutions as needed Minimum requirements: A relevant degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred Previous experience in a recruitment environment Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Proactive mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service to internal stakeholders For more information please contact: Keenan Chetty Apply Now
