Assist with CV screening and reference checks of candidates for roles.
Coordinate interviews between candidate and client.
Support the Recruitment Manager in managing and supporting recruitment processes, from posting job advertisements to scheduling interviews.
Attend career fairs, university events, and other recruitment events to promote our company and job opportunities.
Executing activities in line with the recruitment strategy to attract top talent.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a positive recruitment and onboarding experience and ensure continuity of business.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information using our applicant tracking system.
Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.
Template CVs and quality proof information before CVs are sent to client.
