Recruitment Administrator - Midrand

Responsibilities
  • Assist with CV screening and reference checks of candidates for roles.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidate and client.
  • Support the Recruitment Manager in managing and supporting recruitment processes, from posting job advertisements to scheduling interviews.
  • Attend career fairs, university events, and other recruitment events to promote our company and job opportunities.
  • Executing activities in line with the recruitment strategy to attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a positive recruitment and onboarding experience and ensure continuity of business.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information using our applicant tracking system.
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.
  • Template CVs and quality proof information before CVs are sent to client.

  • Laptop and mouse
  • Open office set up
  • Rotating telephone
  • Telephone application

Qualification Requirements
  • Grade 12 or equivalent
  • National certificate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.

Work Experience
  • 1 year experience as a Recruitment Administrator

Software Application Requirement
  • Microsoft Office Suite
