The Bookings Consultant plays a pivotal role in developing and expanding their assigned desk by fostering strong relationships with both candidates and clients. Their primary objective is to ensure optimal shift placement, thereby contributing to the overall growth of the business. Through effective candidate management and strategic portal maintenance, the Bookings Consultant will maximise vacancy fill rates and enhance customer satisfaction. · Maximised Shift Placements | Successfully matching candidates with vacant shifts by understanding the needs of both parties and ensuring optimal utilisation of existing and dormant clients, exploring all available shifts to meet candidate requirements to directly impact desk growth and contribute to achieving targets and enhancing business outcomes. · Candidate Relationship Management | Maintain exceptional customer service standards, fostering positive relationships and actively seeking referrals to demonstrate proactive engagement. You will provide tailored advice and promote the unique selling points of available roles to enhance retention rates and facilitate efficient shift bookings. · Efficient Portal Maintenance | Ensure accurate usage of portals and prioritise booking shifts ahead of competition. Respond promptly to error reports to ensure no cancellations are missed and effectively manage the booking process to increase efficiency and productivity. · CRM & Data Management | Maintain updated candidate and client information in the CRM system, ensuring completion of required documentation and compliance with company policies. Meet and exceed activity and hours targets, proactively tracking performance levels to streamline our operations and enhance overall business efficiency. Compliance Adherence | Conduct compliance checks in line with company standards and respond to incoming calls professionally to resolve queries and complaints efficiently, following established procedures. Stay up to date with framework requirements and collaborate with the Compliance Team to mitigate risks, ensure regulatory compliance and safeguard the reputation of the business.
