Act as a strategic partner, offering insights into market trends and talent acquisition best practices. In-depth Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and career aspirations. Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. High-Volume Recruitment: Thrive in a fast-paced environment by managing multiple requisitions simultaneously. Meet and exceed challenging recruitment targets while maintaining a high level of quality in candidate selection. Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics, identify areas for improvement, and make informed decisions to optimize the recruitment process. Daily cold calling and business development Qualifications: Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant in a fast-paced environment. High academic achievements High career achievements (awards, certification, etc) Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, results-driven environment. Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
