Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact through offer negotiation and onboarding. Build and maintain a strong network of candidates and clients to drive business growth and revenue. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Previous 360 recruitment experience preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
