As a Finance Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying and securing top talent in the finance sector to match the needs of our clients.
Your primary duties will include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and placement.
- Providing expert guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including resume writing, interview preparation, and career advice.
- Keeping abreast of market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights and maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve recruitment targets and deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. (With good academics)
- Two years sales experience with exposure to cold calling
- A track record of achievements
- An ambition to be the best version of yourself
- Must be between the age of 22 30
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the finance or financial services industry.
- In-depth knowledge of finance roles, functions, and industry trends.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving recruitment targets and driving business growth.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
