Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights and guidance to clients and candidates alike. Drive the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all stakeholders involved. What You Bring: Passion for technology and a keen eye for talent, with at least 3 years of experience in IT recruitment. Proven track record of success in sourcing and placing candidates in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders. Adaptability and resilience to navigate challenges and seize opportunities in a dynamic market. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
