Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive market research to identify top talent and key industry trends within the Kenyan market.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, understanding their needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
Utilize various sourcing techniques including networking, social media, databases, and job boards to identify and attract qualified candidates.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate screening, interviewing, and selection, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal requirements.
Stay abreast of industry developments and best practices, continually enhancing recruitment strategies and methodologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in or a related field.
Proven experience in recruitment, with a focus on the African market preferred..
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in utilizing recruitment tools and technologies, including applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Swahili or other local languages is advantageous.
