- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal requirements.
- Stay abreast of industry developments and best practices, continually enhancing recruitment strategies and methodologies.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, with a focus on the African market preferred..
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in utilizing recruitment tools and technologies, including applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Swahili or other local languages is advantageous.
