- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, providing personalized support and guidance.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to effectively advise clients and candidates.
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
