Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with engineering clients and candidates.
  • Source, screen, and interview Engineering professionals to match them with suitable job opportunities.
  • Utilize advanced recruitment tools, such as AI-driven platforms and data analytics, to enhance the candidate sourcing process.
  • Stay updated on Engineering industry trends and emerging technologies to provide expert advice to clients and candidates.
  • Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Achieve and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs.
Candidate Sourcing and Management:
    • Utilize various sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking) to identify and attract high-caliber engineering candidates.
    • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
  • Recruitment Strategy and Execution:
    • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to meet client hiring needs and deadlines.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to provide informed recommendations to clients and candidates.
    • Collaborate with the team to share knowledge, best practices, and candidate leads.
  • Negotiation and Offer Management:
    • Facilitate negotiations between clients and candidates, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
    • Assist clients with offer presentations and guide candidates through the acceptance process.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in engineering recruitment or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of Engineering roles, technologies, and industry trends. Understanding your Niche.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Be a hunter. Generate new business.
  • Thrive in a high-performance sale culture
  • Two years sales experience with exposure to cold calling
  • Proficiency with advanced recruitment software and sourcing techniques.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a results-driven approach.
  • Full 360 recruitment cycle
  • Achieve sales targets (proof of billings/sales/placements will be requested)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering recruitment, preferably within an agency setting.
  • Proven track record of successfully placing engineering professionals in various roles and industries.
