Responsibilities:- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client acquisition to candidate placement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates.
- Negotiate terms of business and manage client expectations.
Requirements:- Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role, billings will be requested.
- Must be residing in Pretoria (Non Negotiable).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
- Self-motivated with a passion for recruitment and business development.
