Job Description: As an exceptional Finance Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and placing high-caliber finance professionals in roles that match their skills and career aspirations. You will use cutting-edge recruitment tools and techniques to streamline the hiring process and deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates within the finance sector.
Be a hunter (self generated business)
Source, screen, and interview candidates to match them with suitable job opportunities.
Utilize advanced recruitment technologies and platforms to enhance the candidate sourcing process.
Provide expert advice to clients and candidates on market trends, salary expectations, and career opportunities.
Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Achieve and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs.

As A Recruitment Consultant you will be expected to:

Thrive in a high-performance sales culture
Generate new business
Achieve sales targets
Understand your niche and attract the best candidates in your industry
Full 360 recruitment cycle

Requirements:

Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the finance sector.
Cold calling.
In-depth knowledge of finance roles, industry trends, and recruitment best practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
Proficiency with recruitment software and advanced sourcing techniques.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Bachelors degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred. (with good academics)
Must be between the age of 22 30
Live in Cape Town, Northern suburbs
Have your own vehicle
