Key Responsibilities:Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and organizational culture.
- Advise clients on recruitment strategies, market trends, and best practices to attract top talent.
- Negotiate terms of business and contracts with clients.
Candidate Sourcing and Assessment:
- Source potential candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking, referrals).
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
- Present candidates to clients and facilitate interview processes.
Placement and Follow-Up:
- Coordinate interview schedules and feedback between clients and candidates.
- Guide candidates through the hiring process, including negotiating salary and benefits.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new hires and follow up to ensure client and candidate satisfaction.
Market Intelligence and Networking:
- Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and employment legislation.
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients and candidates using CRM systems.
- Prepare reports and provide regular updates to clients on recruitment activities.
Requirements: - Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role in recruitment or staffing.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple client accounts.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate databases.
