The Position: We're looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant. The position is a hybrid working model with a package offering a basic negotiable between R10 000.00 to R12 000.00 Per Month Lucrative Placement Commission earnings. Requirements: Completed Matric Completed HR qualification or similar - highly beneficial APSO registration and membership would be advantageous South African with a valid South African ID - essential 3 years IT & Generalist candidate sourcing experience Excellent communications abilities with proficiencies in English & Afrikaans HR minded with strong problem-solving abilities Being a reference point for all candidate related queries Strong inter-personal skills (listening to candidate requirements / understanding problems / implementing matching solutions) Hands on experience with different sourcing techniques (Job Portals / LinkedIn / Boolean Search Strings etc) Experience with Digital Networking Committed and Stable person Neat and tidy, well spoken and not shy to be honest Customer service oriented Admin orientated Mature and disciplined work ethic Reliable and Trustworthy Uninterrupted access to the internet (Fibre) Own reliable transport with a valid driver's license Positive and responsible attitude Responsibilities: Interact with potential candidates on various platforms Identify, qualify and screen candidate profiles according to the role requirements Identify quality candidates through various sourcing techniques to determine interest and suitability Developing talent pipelines for future hiring needs Interviewing, screening and shortlisting candidates Working closely with the founder of the Business to develop creative strategies to find talent Ensuring a positive experience by maintaining regular communication with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process Collaborate with recruitment partners to understand hiring needs and develop effective and beneficial recruitment plans Defining and implementing search strategies Placing adverts and updating all applicable job boards Maintaining continuous engagement with candidates in the process Processing Background Checks and References Why Should You Apply?
