We are a smaller, but very dynamic team that works hard, but have fun while doing it. The commission that accompanies the input, obviously makes it worth it as well :) We are not your traditional agency with rigid rules and huge targets. As owner I prefer to rather set realistic goals and targets that will motivate the team.
