It's would be the icing on the cake for us Key Responsibilities : As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process: Business Development - Cold calling into companies to become a preferred supplier for the potential company. Client relationship management with existing and new clients. Sourcing, and headhunting potential candidates for available positions. Telephonically interviewing selected candidates for available positions and submit to client to review. Assist in setting up interviews between the client and candidate. Ensuring the interview process runs smoothly. Ensuring checks and references are conducted on selected candidates, all supporting documents are uploaded onto the database and submitted to the client. Client and candidate negotiations, ensuring both parties' requirements are met. You will also be assisting your fellow Recruitment Consultants with their clients' positions and vice versa. Promote Talent Candey on LinkedIn and other social media platforms. Recruitments : Matric completed. Tertiary qualification will be advantageous. 3-5 years' experience as a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist or previous Sales Accounts Management Experience placing candidates within one of the following industries: Finance, IT, Construction, Freight, Sales. Excellent working knowledge of sourcing platforms such as Pnet, LinkedIn ChatGPT will be advantageous. Work well within a team and independently. Working Hours Monday- Thursday 08h00 -16h30 Friday – 08h00-15h00 Salary : Basic salary of R10 000 – R15 000 per Month Commission and Incentives P lease take note : if you have not been contacted within 14 days, please consider your application unsuccessful.
