Our established Recruitment Agency is looking for a dynamic, upbeat and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team. You must be able to bring on new clients from scratch to succeed in this role and you can work across either of our specialisms being the placement of specialist, professional sales personnel (placed in corporate companies such as IT, FMCG, Construction, Manufacturing etc) OR medical/ healthcare placements from nurses, doctors etc to generalist positions within a hospital environment. This is a full time role so you will be required to work 8 hours a day, Monday to Friday. You will bring on your own clients through cold canvassing and calling for business. You must be confident on actual telephone calls and not rely on email or whatsapp to hopefully secure a foot in. With the help of a strong recruitment team, you will fill the vacancies provided to you by the clients you bring on. If this is not your strength, there will be plenty of support in this area. All the usual tasks and KPI's can be expected. A tertiary qualification is much preferred but not essential if you have a proven track record in recruitment business generation You must have worked in a recruitment environment where there was a strong emphasis on sales and getting new clients on board (and succeeded) You must have your own car There is a basic salary plus business expenses are covered. There is an excellent commission structure where you earn from rand 1 so no desk fee at all. Basic of R18 000 or if you can prove your ability to do the above, we can negotiate in line with that so show me your figures. The offices are based in Houghton Estate in JHB. For the right candidate we can discuss a hybrid arrangement however there is no option for a full work from home model and this must be taken into account please before applying.
