We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Digital Marketing and Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. This will initially be a hybrid role with 3 on-site days per week that can develop into a remote role at a later stage. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to attract and engage potential candidates and clients. Manage social media platforms, creating engaging content and growing our online presence. Assist in the creation and management of job postings on various job boards and our company website. Source and screen candidates for STEM-based roles, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified talent. Assist with setting up interviews and coordinating assessments. Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. Research companies and generate leads for client development Provide excellent customer service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Psychology, Business, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, recruitment, or a related field. Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and social media platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with recruitment software/tools is a plus. Passion for STEM fields and an interest in the recruitment industry.
