Education:

Matric and a tertiary qualification
A proven track record in sales, with a passion for connecting with people and building relationships.
Strong administrative skills to effectively manage candidate data, schedules, and communications.
A go-getter attitude with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen attention to detail.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Identifying and sourcing top talent through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and referrals.
Building and maintaining relationships with candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding.
Managing candidate databases and tracking recruitment metrics to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our recruitment efforts.
