Recruitment Resourcer - Gauteng
Inspire People are a tech, digital, life sciences recruitment company and we are looking for a Resourcer / Researcher to join our growing team. Based in Cape Town, but working remotely, you will be working alongside our Delivery Team (who are based in the UK). You will be assisting with finding and engaging technical candidates using a variety of channels to do this (such as LinkedIn, social media, our own database, commercial job boards, etc). Some responsibilities (not all are included): • reviewing applications on email where candidates have applied for a job • engaging with these candidates to ensure suitability to the job they have applied for • update our database diligently, and manage interview logistics. We are looking for people who are not shy of the phone and/or meeting people (Via Teams). You need to be outgoing, a go-getter with a passion to succeed and have TRUE attention to detail.
