Requirements Matric Degree in Human Resources or Related 3 years in Recruitment, Talent Sourcing FMCG, Logistics recruitment experience is a must Must have bulk recruitment experience Computer literate Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn MIE certificate would be an advantage Good written and verbal communications skills Responsibilities Sourcing and reaching out to qualified candidates for current open roles Create and publish job ads in various portals Utilize various channels to source candidates, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events. Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles Screen resumes and job applications Doing background checks and calling references Processing hiring paperwork and maintaining employee records Onboarding new hires and assisting with orientation.
