Computer Literacy and a valid SA Driver's License is required too. We are looking for an individual with recruitment or talent acquisition experience within the engineering/defense/aerospace environment. An individual that has hands on experience within specialized roles and technical roles. Someone with an in-depth knowledge of LRA, BCEA, EE,CCMA, is solution driven, has an attention to detail and the ability to handle a stressful environment would be advantages. Knowledge of assessment tool and tests and various sourcing techniques will be a great asset. R 40000 - R 50000 - Monthly
