A career opportunity exists at REINHARDT TRANSPORT GROUP, NIGEL for the position of RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST RESPONSIBILITIES: (not limited to) Compile vacancies and advertise on different platforms, internal and external Use various recruitment methods to attract the correct candidate for the position Identify and attract candidates via various platforms Screen CVs / applications – compile a shortlist of possible candidates Schedule interviews according to the shortlist between management and candidates Assist the Group HR Manager with any other duties that may be required REQUIREMENT: Grade 12 Computer literate (excel is essential) Proven track record in the Recruitment industry Understanding the logistics industry will be an advantage Excellent communication skills, must be able to work under pressure Must be willing to travel from time to time To be discussed in the interview
