Red Seal Diesel Mechanic (With experience in construction equipment and working on forklifts) Port Elizabeth. Responsibilities: • Running diagnostic tests on machinery. • Analyzing diagnostic test results. • Replacing or repairing vehicle parts. • Checking machinery lighting systems. • Test driving vehicles to gauge performance. • Performing preventative maintenance. • Maintaining detailed records of serviced vehicles. • Adhering to an inspection procedure checklist. • Maintaining a parts inventory. • Ensuring the cleanliness of the shop. Minimum Requirements · Qualified Red Seal Diesel Mechanic · 3 Years Experience working on construction equipment and experience working on forklifts. · In good health · Team player · Problem solver with good electrical knowledge · Must be able to be on standby every second week.
