Minimum Requirements

Degree in Law: LLB, BProc or B Jurus Degree (LLB, MBA Preferred)
Intermediate computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Contract management systems
Strong personality with an ability to get the necessary messages across (Advantageous)
Logistics Industry knowledge
Freight forwarding knowledge

Job Related Requirements

5 years Post Qualification experience in a senior position
Admission as an Attorney
Experience in Drafting, Reviewing, and Negotiating Commercial Agreements and Contracts, locally and internationally
Technical knowledge of legal structures and agreements within logistics industry
Knowledge and Experience of Privacy Laws and Regulations with the ability to provide training to key stakeholders
