Regional Administration and Operations Assistant iStore is the home of everything Apple, and Africa’s largest Apple Premium Reseller. With a retail footprint of more than 30 physical and online stores across Africa that provide expert advice, Apple Authorised Repairs, Business, Education, training and technical support for anything and everything Apple. As an iStore Regional Administration and Operations Assistant you would be responsible for providing supportive feedback, and ensuring both team members and customers have a valued experience. Your responsibilities are to ensure that the back of house in iStore Africa operations run effectively, efficiently and optimally and that overall risk to the iStore business is reduced by ensuring that all iStore policies, processes and standard operating procedures (SOP’s) are adhered to. Focus on enhancing operations and reviewing systems and processes on an ongoing basis to align with best fit for the business. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service Excellence: Develop and implement policies for optimal customer service. Provide support to iStore Africa GM. Achieve 90% mystery shopping result. Stock Management and Assets: Oversee stock counts and warehouse checks. Manage fixed assets and compliance with audits. Finance and Accounting Support: Resolve discrepancies, conduct internal audits, and ensure adherence to policies. Perform spot checks on manual invoices. Monthly Analysis and Feedback: Analyze OBF, discount reports, and other metrics. Monitor compliance with policies and procedures. Human Resources Training: Train staff on loss control and onboarding of new managers. Maintain training records. Risk Management and Payroll Oversight: Identify and reduce risks. Ensure statutory compliance and conduct payroll checks. Weekly Analysis and Checklist Oversight: Review BI Compliance reports and conduct checklist audits in stores. Daily Count Sheets and Documentation: Prepare and distribute daily count sheets. Ensure compliance and address concerns. You need to have: A Completed Matric (Tertiary Qualification would be advantageous) 5 years experience in a retail operations and administration Matrix management capability to ensure co-operation across business functions Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, desire to learn quickly, being agile and nimble whilst thinking strategically Proven track record of excellent customer experience Microsoft Excel proficiency would be advantageous Keynote proficiency would be advantageous BI and SYSPRO experience Please apply today Apply Now
