National Asphalt
National Asphalt operates throughout Southern Africa, specialising in the manufacturing of all types of asphalt. This position would however be applicable to the KZN region and include a large portion of the Eastern Cape. The regional Manager would be overall responsible for managing and growing the business in this region, either through adding more commercial asphalt Plants or through securing more work utilizing mobile asphalt Plants. • A degree/diploma in Construction Management or Civil Engineering • Professional certification in Contracts Management is recommended, along with a demonstrated ability to navigate various facets of contract management. • Registration as a candidate with SACPCMP will be advantageous. • Proven experience of at least 5 years working as a Contracts Manager or related management experience especially in the Construction and Civil Engineering Industry with focus on asphalt projects. • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach are essential for success in this role. • Must have a valid driver's licence and own vehicle. • Must be a South African Citizen • Market -related package • Subsidized Medical Aid and Pension Scheme • 13th Cheque • Incentive Bonus
