Qualifications required:

Tertiary education (Degree or Diploma) would be beneficial

Skills and experience required:

Experience in the PPE industry would be advantageous, alternate industries to consider would be manufacturing, power tools, industrial, etc.
Good understanding of merchandising
Retail experience
Great people skills as a key aspect of the role is customer service excellence
Own car is required for client visits

Job description:

Report directly to the GM
Manage the day-to-day operations
Responsible for procurement
Manage internal sales
Support external sales
Manage the warehouse
Reporting to head office
Visit existing clients and new clients to grow customer base and maintain happy customers
Implementation of procedures and controls
Accountable and responsible for the regions retail store
Responsible for branch HR (supported by Head Office)
Build knowledge of trends in the PPE industry
Implement and drive company vision and focus
Build and mentor an effective team (15 people)
