Regional Manager (PPE) - Pretoria


Qualifications required:

  • Tertiary education (Degree or Diploma) would be beneficial
Skills and experience required:
  • Experience in the PPE industry would be advantageous, alternate industries to consider would be manufacturing, power tools, industrial, etc.
  • Good understanding of merchandising
  • Retail experience
  • Great people skills as a key aspect of the role is customer service excellence
  • Own car is required for client visits
Job description:
  • Report directly to the GM
  • Manage the day-to-day operations
  • Responsible for procurement
  • Manage internal sales
  • Support external sales
  • Manage the warehouse
  • Reporting to head office
  • Visit existing clients and new clients to grow customer base and maintain happy customers
  • Implementation of procedures and controls
  • Accountable and responsible for the regions retail store
  • Responsible for branch HR (supported by Head Office)
  • Build knowledge of trends in the PPE industry
  • Implement and drive company vision and focus
  • Build and mentor an effective team (15 people)
