Responsible to administer, control and minimise the financial risks, effectively and accurately DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB Responsible for management of external and internal stakeholders, including relationship and network building on all levels. Responsible for conducting visits to customers according to product sales statistics and drive the sales target budgets in the relevant parts regions. Attend, resolve, record and report specific customer needs, queries and complaints. Render technical support/assistance (internal/external). Solve technical problems and do inspections on machines. Responsible for maximising product support revenue potential from not only the current established customer base, but from new target markets and customers. Develop additional trade area and new customer base. Maintain customer database with regards to customer contact information, equipment fleets, and special requirements of the customers that will allow us to set the Standard of Excellence in customer support. Assist in promotions, farmer's days, demonstrations and agricultural shows. Conduct pre and post seasonal marketing and participate in the marketing of specific agent brands. Conduct detailed competitor analysis and provide feedback to management. Perform regional sales according to the monthly targets. Provide efficient after sales service in line with policies and procedures. Promotes sales through farm visits. Responsible for compilation of management reports. Assist branch with optimal stock planning according to info received on farm visits. Liaise with relevant stakeholders within the parts department in research and development and the planning of new projects including market research and ideas. Requirements National Senior Certificate 3 years parts experience, John Deere experience will receive preference. At least 3 years experience in the Construction and Forestry working environment Excellent negotiation and communication skills Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy and accountability in all aspects of the job. Clear and effective communication with customers to understand their needs, explain product features, and provide assistance. Ability to interact positively with customers, colleagues, and suppliers, fostering cooperation and teamwork.
