An entrepreneurial health food group is looking for a Regional Trainer to join one of their growing divisions - a brand that believes in providing the right nutrition in a conveneint way. RESPONSIBILITIES: The Regional Trainer must be able to identify training and development requirement through conducting training needs analysis, skills gap analysis, and then consult with the relevant business unit to design and develop required learning programmes. The Regional Trainer will be required to train existing and new managers and assist the Store Manager with the training of new and existing staff. This will include: Training all new staff and managers Work closely with Area Manager and other business units to assess existing and future store employee development requirement Manage training stores for your specific region and ensure compliance with Audits Identify training needs of staff, through performance reviews and trainin needs analysis in order to recommend suitable development intervention Designing, developing and reviewing learning programmes and learning materials Facilitate learnin programmes Training administration Project managing training inititiatives and other ad hoc projects REQUIREMENTS: National diploma, degree or equivalent Accredited assessor (advantageous if constituent assessor) Accredited Moderator (advantageous if constituent moderator) Chef qualification and experience advantageous Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role in a related industry Previous experience designin training programmes Should you not receive a response within 14 days, please consider your application as unsuccessful.
