The registered nurse will play a vital role in delivering quality healthcare, requiring a blend of clinical skills, administrative abilities, and ongoing professional development. Duties and responsibilities: Patient Care Assessment : Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients’ health needs. Planning : Developing individualized care plans based on patient assessments. Implementation : Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments. Monitoring : Continuously monitoring patients’ progress and responses to treatment. Advocacy : Acting as an advocate for patients’ needs and well-being. Education : Educating patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and preventive care. Administrative Tasks Documentation : Keeping accurate and detailed patient records. Coordination : Coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Compliance : Ensuring all activities comply with healthcare regulations and standards. Management : Managing junior staff and delegating tasks as appropriate. Resource Management : Efficiently utilizing medical supplies and equipment.
